The Turnagain arm is my favorite stretch of road in all of Alaska. You hug the coast of the inlet between two mountain ranges and watch as the tides roll in and out 4 times a day. Anyone who has driven the Turnagain arm will tell you of its beauty in all seasons. This painting captures my sunset drive down the highway in late summer.
